(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. http://****), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. http://****) [based on credit records within the past 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting the first response document]. 3.2 Possess a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The proposed project manager shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects.
